Dauntingly Beautiful

And finally,

Note to self:
- Don't fall for the pretty boys.
- No matter what, you'll always love a man in uniform.
Don't throw away a dream for something that will turn into nothing.
- Tell your best friend if your bra strap came unhooked.
- I'm a shopaholic and the first step is to admitting to the problem...now continue on shopping...
Don't feel bad and buy things for your friends because they have no money. It's theirfault anyways.
- Only talk about poop and farts with your REALLY close friends, otherwise…it might be awkward…(ERIC)
- If you see a dandelion, give it to someone. (ASHLEY) :)
- Don't take the small things in life for granted.
- Being alone isn't a weakness but a strength.
- Look but don't touch.
- Don't stay angry at someone for long. Makes you look bad.
Dream a little. Reality is too real.
- Take a million photos of everything. You can delete later.
- It's ok to make the first move, but back off after you've made the move.
- Don't be sad things didn't end up the way you planned. There's always something better out there.
- Go alone to things, and sit alone in places, you are much more approachable!
- Make the most of your every day life.
- If you don't know something, ask.
Road rage is okay. It's acceptable. Think of it as a hobby.
- You don't have to go out every night.
- If you try to break a habit but fail, keep trying.
- I know you don't like water, but you need it to SURVIVE.
- Try to wear socks with your BOBS.
- Try not to be a heartbreaker so much.
- Check your shorts for your phone before getting in a pool or hot tub.
If plans change, let them.
Keep telling people you don't like chocolate, sooner or later it'll become completely true.
- Don't be the girl that wore 27 bridesmaid dresses.
- A T-shirt and Jeans are comfy.
- You may fall short many times before you make it in the long run.
- Don't settle too easily.

God Know's We Are Worth It

I was listening to the song, "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz tonight. A friend posted the video on facebook, and I really like it a lot. I even thought about posting it myself. This may sound silly but the more I listened to it, it dawned on me that I am worth it. I am worth a guy who won't give up on me, even when I try to deny or fight with him because I am scared of something new. When I need my space and need some time to do some thinking, I am worth the wait. When I need to figure out who I want to be, he should be patiently waiting for me. The one who will run after me, the one who will write me on days end.

Seen as Strengths but really Weaknesses: I am usually very aggressive. I am a go get em' kind of girl. If I want something, I was taught to fight for it. I am not the damsel in distress. I am tough, I can handle a heartbreak. But I also settle too easily. And most times give up easily as well.

One thing I will tell my children every day is that they are worth the wait. They are worth the precious time. Yes, fight for what you want. But wait for the things in life that are WORTH waiting for. And hold onto the ones who won't give up on you. Who know without a doubt you are worth it.
